Six Foot One Inch, 225 pounds doesn’t really sound like a fat guy, does it? It actually kind of sounds atheletic. Like a hard-hitting safety in the NFL, or something. But I can assure you, I’m far from that. That’s because every single ounce of fat on my body is concentrated in two area…my face and waist.
Throughout this process, I will weigh-in once a week on Wednesday mornings. I’ll be recording my weight and waist size.

This blog will serve as a diary of my attempt to lose 50 pounds over the next 50 days, starting on May 1, 2013. As I go, I will explain the many whys and hows. Why I want to lose 50 pounds, why I want to lose is so fast, how I will lose it, how I got overweight in the first place, and much more. I don’t know if anyone will ever read this besides me, but if you do, I hope it helps you on your journey, whatever your goal may be.
